Our facility features premium manufacturing technology including imported CNC gouging machines, MITSUBISHI-operated CNC systems, precision milling equipment, spark erosion machines, wire cutting systems, and Hexagon three-dimensional testing apparatus. Company Production Line
Our expansive 15,000-square-meter facility combines modern office environments with advanced manufacturing capabilities. Through significant R&D investment, we have developed a fully integrated manufacturing ecosystem covering mold design, injection molding, and production. Our specialized workshop configuration includes dedicated areas for mold assembly, mold base manufacturing, EDM electric spark discharge, injection molding, silk-screen assembly, and precision CNC machining. This comprehensive infrastructure enables us to maintain complete process control while delivering exceptional quality, precision, and efficiency across all manufacturing operations.
Digital Management System
Our manufacturing facility features approximately 80 high-precision processing machines, including five-axis CNC equipment, GF high-speed CNC systems, GF high-precision spark machines, and electric high-speed precision injection molding systems. These advanced capabilities are fully integrated with comprehensive MES and ERP digital management platforms, enabling precise control across all production phases from project development through mold design, manufacturing, injection production, pre-assembly, and CNC metal parts fabrication.
