Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all products and services provided by HingTung Shenzhen Precision Technology Co., Ltd., including molds, hardware products, plastic components, mechanical equipment, and other structural parts, whether sold domestically or internationally.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
A request for return, replacement, or refund will be considered if:
- The product is defective due to manufacturing error.
- The delivered goods do not match the specifications confirmed in the sales contract or purchase order.
- The product is damaged during shipment and the damage is reported within the specified timeframe.
Non-eligible cases include:
- Products damaged due to improper use, storage, or handling by the customer.
- Custom-made or specially manufactured products that meet agreed specifications.
- Goods returned without prior written approval from the Company.
Return Request Procedure
To initiate a return or refund request:
- Notification: Contact our Customer Service team within 7 working days of receiving the goods.
- Evidence Submission: Provide relevant photos, videos, or inspection reports that clearly show the defect or discrepancy.
- Approval: Wait for written confirmation and return instructions from the Company before sending any products back.
Product Condition for Returns
Returned products must:
- Be unused and in their original packaging (unless defective).
- Include all original documentation, accessories, and components.
- Be shipped back to the address provided by the Company in the return approval email.
Refunds
Once returned goods are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 14 working days and issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- Partial Refunds: May be granted for incomplete returns or minor defects that do not affect product functionality.
Replacement Policy
If a replacement is agreed upon instead of a refund:
- The replacement product will be manufactured and shipped in accordance with the agreed lead time.
- Shipping costs for replacements will be handled as per the negotiated terms in the sales contract.
Shipping Costs
- Company Responsibility: If the return is due to a confirmed defect, incorrect shipment, or damage in transit, the Company will bear reasonable return shipping costs.
- Customer Responsibility: For all other return cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
International Orders
For overseas customers, all returns must comply with import/export regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper documentation for re-import or export of returned goods.
